Javier de la Garza, AIA, LEED AP Principal
Javier de
la Garza earned his Bachelor degree in Architectural Design from Princeton University and Master
of Architecture degree from Columbia University.
Javier has over 20 years of work experience
with prestigious architectural, brand imaging, and retail firms in the New York City area, with a focus on high-end retail
and residential design.
As Senior Project Manager with a retail construction firm, he
worked with his team to construct and deliver multi-million dollar retail projects in Manhattan.
This
array of experiences has given him a unique perspective on the design and construction process.
Since
founding his firm in 2007, he has earned accreditation as a LEED Professional for Green Building, a design award from
the local AIA chapter, and a 2010 EIS Illumination Award Special Citation. Javier has also successfully designed and
managed numerous projects nationwide.
